SECTION 1 - GENERAL RULES105. This part shall apply in respect of all claims in respect of leave availed of on and after 1st October 1957 under the Mysore Leave Rules, 1957 as if they are claims made under this part: 2[Provided further that a person referred to in the preceding proviso who has failed to exercise option to these rules before the first day of August, 1962, may be permitted to exercise option to be governed by these rules with effect form first day of August, 1972.

ReplyDeleteHI ABDUL HAQ if LWA not exceed more than 1month no effct on increment.if it exceeded 1month increment falls 1month later.that's it. omkar

ReplyDeleteIf an officer got transferred not shown any place. He gets relived and signs CTC. After 10 days reports to the admin dept and requests for the further postings. Now he is asking to regularize the period from date of re leaving, from when he is eligible for the compulsory waiting period please show some light on it.

ReplyDeleteನಾನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸಮಾಜ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಲೂಕು ಸಮಾಜ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ (ಗ್ರೂಪ್-ಬಿ ) ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು , ಮಾನ್ಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಅನ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ನಿಯೋಜನೆ(Deputation) ಗೊಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನನಗೆ ನಿಯೋಜನೆ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆಯೇ ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಆದೇಶವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ತಿಳಿಸಿ.

ReplyDeleteHi i would like to know information on EL credit, if an employee joins on 18 th of the month should he get the EL for that month, plz answer with KCSR rule and if the EL credit is in fraction should it rounded off to lower. for EX: i have joined on 18 th march by the end of june in my account 7 EL's were credited insted of 1+2.5+2.5+2.5=8.5. when i enquired about this it was told to me that a employe will get EL only if he joins before 15th of that month so not credited and for remining period they credited 7 by rounding off to lower, so i lost total 1.5 EL in my account, can any help me on this thanks in advance.

2016 ರ ನನ್ನ ಸ್ತಾನ 11 ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಳೆದ ಸಾಲಿನ ಜೇಷ್ಠತಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರು ನನಗಿಂತಲೂ ಮೊದಲೆ ಅಂದರೆ 10 ಸ್ಥಾನವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸಿನಂತೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಾರಣ ನಾನು ಮುಂದೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾದ ಕ್ರಮದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿ

ReplyDeleteನನಗೆ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವಸತಿ ಗೃಹ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ನಂತರ ದಿನಾಂಕ:22-05-2017ರಂದು ನನ್ನ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾನು ವಸತಿ ಗೃಹವನ್ನು ಬಿಡಲು ಎಷ್ಟು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ReplyDeleteನಾನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 3 ರಿಂದ 6 ವರೆಗೆ 2 ದಿನ ಸಾಂದಭಿ೯ಕ ರಜೆಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತೆನೆ, 4 ಮತ್ತು 5 ರಂದು ಸಕಾ೯ರಿ ರಜೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ರಜೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 4ದಿನ ರಜೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತೆನೆ ಎಂದು ತೋರಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಇದು ಸರಿನಾ ಸರ್... ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡಿ..

ReplyDeleteI was on leave for 15days during the election period. I was working as Blo. With the prior permission from RO i submitted leave to my office seeking leave. But now they r not accepting and my salary has been with held. What to do was there anything wrong I did to held my salary.
ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಆರ್ ರೂಲ್ಸ್ 135ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸೂತಿಯ ರಜೆ/ಹೆರಿಗೆ ರಜೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ReplyDeleteಮಹಿಳಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರಳಿಗೆ ಹೆರಿಗೆಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಿ ರಜೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆರಿಗೆ ದಿನದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹೊಸದಾದ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 180 ದಿನಗಳ ವರೆಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನೌಕರಳಿಗೆ ಹೆರಿಗೆಯ ನಂತರ ಮಗುವು ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ 180 ದಿನಗಳ ರಜೆಯನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆ ?, ಹೆರಿಗೆ ರಜೆಯನ್ನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಲು/ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು ಕಾನೂನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇವೆಯೇ ? ಹೆರಿಗೆ ನಂತರ ಮಗುವು ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ ನೌಕರಳು ಹೆರಿಗೆ ರಜೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹಳಲ್ಲವೆ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿ.
Kcsr ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಬಹುದು ಎಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೊಮ್ಮೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿ ನಾವು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಕರು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ.

ReplyDeleteನಾನು ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಾದಿಕಾರಿ ಅಂತಾ ೧೮ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ಅವದಿ ಮುಗಿದಿದೆ ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ೧೯೯೯ ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕೌಂಟ್ಸ ಲೋಯರನು ಪಾಸ ಆಗಿದು ಇರುತ್ತದೆ ಉಳಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನು೨೦೧೩.೨೦೧೪.ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಸಾಗಿರುತ್ತೆದೆ ನನ್ನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆರ್ಥ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾನ್ನ ತಹಶೀಲದಾರ ಮುಂಖಾತರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಕಳೆದ ೪ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದಾ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದೇನೆ ಈ ವರೆಗೆಯು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮುದೆ ಎನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು

ReplyDeleteI was transferred PWD to RDPR department Reposting application submitted RDPR from releaving date13.08.2018 to further posting date 5.11.2018 I was in compulsory waiting period I was not reported to transfer place Sulya Mangaluru dist. Again 6.12.2018 I have further transferred to another place Honnali Davanagere Dist RDPR sanctioned my leave period 13.08.2018 to 5.11.2018 as compulsory waiting period but from the date 6.11.2018 to 6.12.2018 treated as leave without pay I am belongs to HKDB area PREED has transferred with their option At least to the adjacent Tqs Kindly request you sir give suggestions for this case
